You can either walk 40 feet from the barn to select and cut your own tree or ask for assistance from the helpers. After you pick out your ideal tree, the 2-trailer wagon will haul it and yourself back to the barn. You can enjoy free hot coffee and cocoa and free candy canes, hang out by the fireplace, or shop hand-crafted items or snacks while you wait for them to finish preparing your tree.

You can cut it yourself using the provided handsaw or you ask one of the helpers to cut it and tractor it out for you.

For convenience, they provide a saw and you can watch out for the signs that show where the sections for the particular trees are. Shaking is free while there’s a small charge for the bailing service.

For those who are feeling a little more adventurous, I highly recommend checking out their new U-Cut area which features their most fabulous trees and an amazing view of the farm.
The farm offers Douglas and Noble Fir trees, all at a flat rate of $59.95. While they do accept credit cards (there’s a $2 charge), they suggest you pay with checks or cash since their credit card system works very slowly. As always, tree shaking, bailing, and drilling (if necessary) for all trees are free.
As a special treat, you can enjoy free cocoa, coffee, and candy canes for kids. Don’t forget to check out their covered area with adorable animals such as llamas, baby pigs, dwarf goats, rabbits, and Elvis the mini donkey. Additionally, the farm is an official “Letters to Santa” collection station so encourage your kids to write and drop off their letters to Santa at the cocoa station.

They also provide saws you can use to cut your tree, twine to tie it to your vehicle, and free candy canes for the kids.
